Chef Devan Rajkumar, widely known as Chef Dev, is a Guyanese-Canadian chef, host, speaker, bestselling author, culinary consultant, and community advocate. A classically trained chef with two decades of professional experience, he has built a career that spans international culinary consulting, large-scale catering, television, live events, and cooking alongside local teams in more than 25 countries.
He is the host of Global Street Eats on Gusto TV, a judge on Fire Masters, and was a longtime chef expert on Cityline until the show’s conclusion in 2024. His debut cookbook, Mad Love, became a national bestseller in 2024, and his highly anticipated second cookbook, Mad Comfort, will be released in May 2027.
